We are still open for business and will continue to advocate along with our industry to be considered an essential service in the front-line fight against COVID-19.
We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure the least amount of disruption to our supply of equipment. There is currently no issues with stock within our retail network. We are still providing sales, hire and service / repairs both in-store and off-site with our team following sanitisation and social distancing requirements.
Our stores remain open and we are adhering to the strict Australian Government requirements to ensure we keep our customers and team safe. We simply ask our customers not to enter a store if they meet self-isolation requirements and/or are showing symptoms.

We have increased our sanitisation efforts with a strict hourly cleaning regime in all stores and immediate cleaning of equipment used during consultations.
In-home or other consultations
Prior to providing a service in the home or other places, we will call both the
customer and prescriber i.e. health professional, to ensure it is safe to continue with the service by asking some screening questions and to answer any questions or concerns. We have recently trailed and implemented no-contact delivery and consult, where someone from our team delivers the item, remains outside to answer any questions and then leaves the product with you that you have purchased. If we are required to take the product away, our strict cleaning regime will occur immediately.
